Mini pets as character models? - Guild Wars Forums

In towns and outposts I commonly see people's character models in the form of mini pets and other various NPC-like forms....

How is this done?

They use a Mysterious Tonic, which you can get from Nicholas the Traveller, look it up on the wiki:
